Sedona expansion Retreat

The Sedona Expansion Retreat has been created to give birth to a space that allows and supports the expansion of the emotional, energetic and physical bodies. Through movement, exercise and a 28 day cleanse we will heal, expand and energize the physical body;  through chakra clearing, energy healing and ancient movement techniques we will unblock and revitalize the energy body; and finally, using heart healing techniques, expressive freedom and emotional scanning we will free the emotional body. Whether you are healing from sadness, grief, heartache or wanting to go deeper into love, joy and peace; whether you are having difficulties with your physical body or if you're suffering in the energy body this retreat is for the ones who are ready to heal and expand on a deeper level. Whether you come as a solo individual to connect to yourself or with your friend or partner to foster a deeper bond, this retreat will harness deep profound love, growth and healing.

Facilitated by intuitive healer Damiyr, this retreat will utilize a 28 day cleanse, breathwork, expressive freedom, chakra clearing technique training, meditation, energy healing, movement, 1 on 1 spiritual guidance, inner child work, massage, music, painting and much more.

Held at Sedona’s enchanting family owned Sedonya Conscious Living Center we will dive into a timeless space so beautiful and full of peace that every shift you’re wanting to make will be supported by the vibrations of nature around you and energized by the vortex of Sedona.
